Data minimization
We collect only information reasonably needed to provide requested features, secure the service, measure quality and meet legal obligations.
Early-access requests
If you request private-beta access, we store your email address, selected research use case, Pro timing interest, optional market, language, consent time and consent version. We also store voluntary UTM campaign fields and only a broad referrer category (direct, internal or external) to understand which public channels create demand. We do not store the referring page URL, IP address or device fingerprint for this purpose. We use the email only for the requested availability update; you may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
Alert subscriptions
If you voluntarily join the alert-service notification list, we store your email address, selected language, consent time, subscription status and the event, operator and target-price details of alert rules you choose to sync. We use this information only for OddsVerity product and alert-service communications. You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
Accounts and billing
If paid plans become available, we may store an account identifier, plan status, renewal state and limited billing records. Card details are submitted directly to the disclosed payment processor and are not stored by OddsVerity. Payment processing is not currently enabled during private beta.
Regional, analytics and affiliate data
Approximate region may control availability. Privacy-minimized product analytics may record actions such as selecting a price, saving an alert or opening an operator profile, together with operator, region, language, referral source, supplied campaign label and time. Affiliate attribution additionally records the redirect result. These records do not intentionally contain IP addresses, device fingerprints, email addresses or sportsbook account identity. Where required, non-essential technologies are activated only after consent.
Service providers and retention
We may use hosting, analytics, email and payment providers under appropriate contractual controls. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose.
