Payment processing is not currently enabled. No payment is collected from the Pro early-access page during private beta.
First-purchase window
When paid subscriptions open, a customer may request a refund of the first monthly subscription charge within seven calendar days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Renewals
Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins, except where required by law, where service was not provided, or where a billing error occurred.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Report a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charge promptly so we can investigate it. We may request information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction and protect the account.

Email support@oddsverity.com with the account email, charge date and request. Do not email full card details. We aim to acknowledge billing requests within two business days.
